Among them, there are 8 kinds of packaging materials, including Class I water-resistant pharmaceutical glass products, pre-filled syringes, multi-compartment bag infusion packaging and other self-medication device packaging forms, packaging materials suitable for the quality requirements of traditional Chinese medicine and decoction pieces, PVC hard substitute products and technologies, pharmaceutical packaging materials with temperature memory function, children's drug safety packaging and packaging forms and materials convenient for the elderly and the disabled. Accordingly, the production of special raw and auxiliary materials for packaging materials will be upgraded. According to the requirements of the Drug Package Planning, we should actively develop special raw and auxiliary materials, additives and accessories for pharmaceutical packaging materials, including raw and auxiliary materials with high cleanliness, high processing performance and other characteristics, special plastic resins for injection blowing and sealing (BFS) production process, and clean sterile packaging film. At the same time, encourage the development and application of production equipment of pharmaceutical packaging materials and containers that meet GMP requirements, have independent intellectual property rights and are technologically advanced; Promote the formulation and implementation of quality management standards for the production of pharmaceutical packaging materials. In addition, the Pharmaceutical Packaging Plan also proposes that the main tasks of the pharmaceutical packaging industry in the future are: to formulate laws or regulations on the safe packaging of drugs for children; Promote energy conservation, emission reduction and clean production; Implement electronic drug supervision code; Set industry access threshold to create a fair competitive environment for enterprise development; Strengthen the statistical work of the pharmaceutical packaging industry.
